Abortion Ban Filed!

It's TIME!

Dear Friend,

This is the moment we have all been fighting for!

After fighting the good fight for forty eight years, striving to save babies and help women, revealing the horrors of abortion, and educating the public about the true nature of Planned Parenthood, the moment the pro-life movement has been fighting for has finally arrived!

For the fifth year in a row, Rep. Curt Nisly has filed the Protection of Life bill, HB 1539, which treats the unborn like any other living individual.

And I have both good and bad news regarding our bill.

The good news is Representative John Jacob is a co-author of the Protection of Life bill!

While campaigning this election season, Rep. Jacob pledged to co-author our abortion ban, and he is following through with his promise.

In co-authoring Protection of Life, Rep. John Jacob is making a bold statement against state sanctioned child killing and standing up for every pre-born baby’s God given right to live.

While it is very good news that Nisly and Jacob have both stayed true to their campaign promises in authoring and co-authoring HB 1539, I also have some bad news to share.

The bad news is, the other legislators who pledged to co-author the bill have not yet signed on to save all Hoosier babies from the horror of abortion.

It isn’t too late for these pro-life Republicans to add their names, so I hope you’ll join me in encouraging them to stand strong for the pre-born and follow through with their pledges to co-author a bill which would end abortion once and for all.

Here is the list of legislators who promised to co-author and have not yet:

Rep. J.D. Prescott: 317-234-3827

Rep. Dan Leonard: 317-234-9450

Rep. Brad Barrett: 317-232-9643

Rep. Ryan Lauer: 317-232-9657

Rep. Zach Payne: 317-234-9028

Rep. Cindy Ledbetter: 317-232-9833

Rep. Chris Jeter: 317-234-3827

Give them a call and urge them to uphold their promise to co-author this life saving legislation!

Now, some of them might squirm a little and tell you they didn’t know about the bill or that Rep. Nisly and Rep. Jacob are supposed to hunt them down and ask for their co-authorship.

You can pleasantly tell them your call is now their reminder that the much expected legislation to end legalized child killing in Indiana does indeed exist, and now that they know, you anticipate they will bolt to Rep. Nisly’s office and insist their name be added as co-author.

After all, any truly pro-life legislator would jump at the chance to make abortion illegal and protect their pre-born neighbors at the moment of conception.

Once you call and remind the above listed legislators to follow through with their pro-life promises, send me a message and let me know how they respond.

With some nudging from Hoosiers for Life supporters, I sure hope more legislators will co-author HB 1539, just like they said they would when they were seeking your vote at election time.

While it is bad news to hear some Republicans are not yet following through with co-authoring Protection of Life, we still have much to celebrate.

Year after year, Rep. Nisly has proven to be a champion for pre-born babies, seeking to protect every unborn child, regardless of how or when an abortionist would kill them.

So far, Establishment politicians have resisted and downright opposed saving every baby from Indiana abortionists.

For the last four years, they, along with their friends in the Roe Tolerance Lobby, hatched plots to kill the Protection of Life bill, dooming thousands of Hoosier babies to death by abortion.

Rep. Nisly refuses to give up on these babies, and I’m not giving up either.

I am ever grateful for Representative Curt Nisly, who bravely stands for what is right, no matter what Republican establishment may throw at him.

Rep. Nisly not only talks the pro-life talk, but he walks the pro-life walk. He has accomplished what no other lawmaker has before him and filed a bill which would end abortion in Indiana once and for all.

And it’s certainly good news that another brave legislator, Rep. John Jacob, has signed on to co-author our life saving legislation.

Even though Nisly and Jacob alone cannot ban abortion, there is still time to demand other elected officials do their jobs and protect the unborn.

When other legislators at the Statehouse are courageous enough to pass HB 1539, every single Hoosier baby will be protected at the moment of conception.

That’s why I hope you’ll contact the legislators listed above and urge them to keep their campaign promises and co-author HB 1539, Protection of Life.

If your legislators will not join us as we make history in Indiana, then when election season comes around, I will be here to let you know about it. Thank you so much for your support. I’m certain, if they could, your pre-born neighbors would thank you, too.

For LIFE,

P.S. Rep. Curt Nisly of Goshen has filed the Protection of Life bill, HB 1539, which would save all babies from abortion. And the good news is Rep. John Jacob has signed on to co-author the bill, just as he promised he would do.

The bad news is, there are other legislators who pledged to co-author a bill to protect all unborn babies at the moment of conception, and they are not co-authors yet.

Please call them and remind them of what they promised to do. You can see their information above.
