Dear Friend of Life,
Rep. Curt Nisly made waves throughout Indiana when he filed HB 1430, the Protection at Conception bill, which would end abortion in Indiana.
As expected, the pro-aborts are foaming at the mouth and slinging vulgar responses to pro-lifers on social media.
But the pro-aborts aren’t the only ones wringing their hands at the prospective abortion ban.
Inside sources say House Speaker Brian Bosma is also in a tizzy.
After all, the Establishment and the Roe Tolerance Lobby warned state lawmakers to stay away from any life legislation which would save pre-born babies under 24 weeks gestation.
Protection at Conception violates that command.
Rep. Curt Nisly’s historic bill would treat every unborn child like any other living individual, regardless of the baby’s gestational age or which method a doctor uses to murder him.
Protecting every pre-born child from the horror of abortion is clearly not in the House Speaker’s plan anytime soon, despite the growing support for a total ban. In fact, he doesn’t believe Indiana should be a leader in ending abortion, stating, “I don’t know that Indiana wants to carry that baton for the entire nation.”*
And we can’t forget Bosma’s lesson to us for the 2017 legislative session, “You guys ought to be focused on what’s really important.”**
Even though Bosma has proclaimed himself to be “the most pro-life speaker in 40 years,” he’s fuming over the most pro-life bill ever filed in the state of Indiana.
Establishment politicians do not like to be defied.
Bosma is so upset about Protection at Conception bill, he plans to wait until the very last day to assign the bill to a committee.
What’s even worse, he may not assign the bill to a committee at all.
If that happens, the bill will die, and another 8,000 Hoosier babies will too.
That’s why I’m asking you to take a few minutes right now and call House Speaker Brian Bosma at 317-232-9677 and urge him to assign HB1430 to a committee.
Tell him you want a fair hearing and a roll call vote on this life saving bill.
You see, the political class does NOT want to go on record regarding Protection at Conception.
They are downright afraid of a vote on this bill, because a roll call vote will reveal who sides with pro-lifers and who sides with Planned Parenthood.
But, we deserve to know who is really with us on the issue of LIFE and who just says they are to get elected.
That’s why I’m counting on you to call Brian Bosma at 317-232-9677 and demand he release his hostage bill, HB 1430, and assign it to a committee. Tell him you want a fair hearing and a roll call vote on the Protection at Conception bill.
If Bosma and the Roe Tolerance Lobby succeed in squashing this pro-life bill, more unborn babies will certainly die. And after 46 years of legalized child killing, there’s never been a better time to end the slaughter than now.
Don’t delay, call House Speaker Brian Bosma at 317-232-9677 right now, and speak up for your pre-born neighbors.
Every unborn child has a God-given right to live, and it’s high time our “pro-life” Republican legislators do their jobs and protect them ALL at the moment of conception.
For LIFE,

P.S. Sources say House Speaker Brian Bosma is so upset by the Protection at Conception bill, he plans to delay assigning it to committee until the very last moment. He might even ignore the bill entirely and not assign it, effectively killing it.
That’s why I’m counting on you to call Brian Bosma at 317-232-9677 today and urge him to release his hostage bill, HB 1430. Tell him you want a fair hearing and a roll call vote on this life saving bill.
If you could pitch in $15 or $10, it would go a long way in reaching more pro-life folks with news about the Protection at Conception bill.
